Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third party payment processors to process payments made to us. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processors, Stripe or PayPal (the “Payment Processors”). Any information that is transmitted to the Payment Processors is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

The Payment Processors’ use of your personal data is governed by their privacy policies, which may be viewed at the following web addresses:

Information We Collect

We ask for certain information like your name, email address, and account credentials to log into your account on this site. We use this information to let you access the products you have purchased and receive support for those products.
When making a purchase on this site we may ask for certain additional information like your billing address and your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This information is used to assist in the prevention of fraudulent purchases.

Information We Collect

When you interact with us through the Site, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you as described below:

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to a survey, or purchase products from us. Wherever we collect Personal Data, we make an effort to

it was originally collected.

  • Cookies: In operating the Site, we may use a technology called “cookies”. A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Site gives to your browser when you access the Site. Our cookies help provide additional
functionality to the Site and help us analyze Site usage more accurately. For instance, our Site may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Site without needing to remember and then enter a password more than
once during a visit to the Site. In all cases in which we use cookies, we will not collect Personal Data except with your permission. On most web browsers, you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section
for information on how to receive notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because they allow you to take advantage of some of the Site’s features.
  • License Keys: When you purchase a software product, you are given a license key, which consists of a random string of letters and numbers. We provide you with a license key in order to provide you with automatic updates of the software
on your site. It is up to you whether you want to use the license key or not. The software will work as advertised without a license key activation, however you will need to manually install any updates. When you register the software
with your license key, we record a few pieces of information:

    • Site URL: this is the website that the license key was registered on. Your license key may have one or more registered URLs depending on the type of license you have.
    • IP Address: The IP Address of the computer used to register the license key.
    • WordPress version: The version of WordPress that the site used to register the license key uses.
    • Date/Time: The date and time that the license was activated.
    • Computer data: Basic anonymous data about your computer’s operating system and web browser.
  • Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Quick Checkout Site, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal
Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Quick Checkout may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This
aggregate information does not identify you personally. Quick Checkout may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our product to current and prospective business partners, and to other third
parties for other lawful purposes. We will keep any information that you provide to us until such time as you delete your account with the Quick Checkout Site.
  • Remarketing Codes: We use remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising
from us in the future you can opt out:

Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

Quick Checkout won’t sell or rent your personal information to a third party. We use your personal information for completing a purchase, and providing you with ongoing support. We will associate certain personal information
including but not limited to your name, email address, and a license key to make sure that you are a customer before providing support. If we intend to use your personal data in a way we have not mentioned, we will let you know when
we collect that information.

We do aggregate user data anonymously to better understand our customers.

Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

Quick Checkout will not sell or rent to any third party any of the personal information or data that you provide to us. Quick Checkout uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent
with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal
Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to purchase our products, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such products and to monitor your
use of such products. Quick Checkout and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Quick Checkout Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected
through the Site to help us improve the content and functionality of the Site, to better understand our customers and to improve the Quick Checkout Site. Quick Checkout and its affiliates may use this
information to contact you in the future to tell you about products or services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving
future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.

If Quick Checkout intends on using any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data

Quick Checkout is not in the business of selling your information. There are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with third parties without further notice to you as set forth below:

  • Agents, Consultants, and Related Third Parties: Quick Checkout hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of these functions may include mailing information, maintaining the Site
and databases, and processing payments. When we employ other companies to perform a business-related function of this nature, we only provide them with the information needed to perform their specific function. From time to time
we will also hire third party consultants to perform specific tasks such as customer support in which case the consultant will have access to some Personal Data that will be required to perform their specific function.
  • Legal Requirements: Quick Checkout may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights
or property of Quick Checkout, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or protect against legal liability.

This privacy policy only applies to private information we collect. If you post information in a public forum, such as comments on a blog post, a review of a product, or a ticket on a support forum, this public information can be shared
and reproduced.

Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Quick Checkout other than Personal Data collected through the Site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide
to Quick Checkout through the Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as comment forms (collectively, “Public Areas”), any
ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Quick Checkout shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Site. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided
Personal Data to Quick Checkout, please contact us and to the extent possible, we will delete that information from our databases.

Links to Other Websites

We link to third-party websites, which we may have no control over. Our privacy policy governs our own website, and does not apply elsewhere. You should read and understand the privacy policies of those third-party websites before
using them.

Links to Other Websites

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Quick Checkout Site. The Site may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Quick Checkout (the “Third-Party Sites”). The policies and procedures
we described here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from the Site do not imply that Quick Checkout endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information
on their privacy policies.

Security

We take steps to ensure that your private information and account credentials are safe, including encryption and requiring two-factor authentication for our staff. With that said, if you find a security problem, contact us and we will
fix it as soon as possible. Keep in mind that emails and support threads are not encrypted.

Security

Quick Checkout takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided by the Site from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is
ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Site may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing
any Personal Data to Quick Checkout via the Internet.

Changes to Your Personal Information

you, please contact us. You can also request that your personal information is deleted from our records, however we may not be able to delete 100% of this information due to technological or legal reasons.

Changes to Your Personal Information

Quick Checkout operates best for you when the Personal Data we have on file is current.

You can contact us in order to update or correct your Personal Data, change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or delete the Personal Data maintained about you on our systems
(subject to the following paragraph). Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will have no effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy

for maintaining the secrecy of your account credentials and other account information at all times.

You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to us. The need to back up our Site to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of
your information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Promptly after receiving your request, all personal information stored in databases we actively use, and other readily searchable
media will be updated, corrected, changed or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as and to the extent reasonably and technically practicable.
